I had someone close to me who needed a defense attorney over a year and a half ago. Luckily he was referred to Terry Pierce. I'm in a business that deals with a lot of attorneys on a regular basis, my own dad is an attorney, and I can tell you without a doubt, Terry is one of the best!! He is down-to-earth, genuine & honest. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear. He is responsive to his client and makes himself available as much as possible, while entertaining all inquiries in a timely manner. He is a formidable adversary for any prosecutor while also being charismatic and friendly with the opponent, judge and jury. In this particular matter, he managed to get a hung jury in what seemed like an impossible case. He topped that off with recently getting charges dismissed. This was a journey I wouldn't wish on anybody, however I will be forever grateful it was with Terry. I would highly recommend him to anyone who might find themselves in a position in need of an attorney. He is wonderful to work with and at this point he is genuinely considered a friend. I almost like him as much as I like his dog!! :) If you're on the fence, let this be a sign - Terry is your guy!!

Terry was great he kept me out of prison and got me into the D.U.I. court program which I am getting ready to graduate and I will be felony free. Thanks Terry.

Mr. Terry Pierce is the attorney to have on your side. He is very specific and pay very close attention to detail. During our initial consultation I asked him, if I hire you, what makes you different from any other attorney out there? He told me "You will not go down on my watch." This spoke volumes in my book. He did what he said he could do. If it wasn't hard enough to be falsely accused of a crime that you did not commit but had to face the accuser in a week long trial that could have ended my life. I owe my life to this attorney. I would recommend him without any hesitation what so ever. Years later I hired him to resolve so civil matters as well. 5 stars!!

He was an incredible defense for my DUI case. I was provided the best possible service. Terry is very resourceful to find the best service for your case. Terry is friendly and helpful for every step of the way. My end result was a case that was dismissed. I would strongly recommend his service. It was worth every penny.

I have reached out to Mr. Pierce a few times over the years, and each time he has made my problems his own.. all the while explaining to me whatever mess I was currently in- the legal labyrinth of hoops I needed to jump through, where to go, when to go there, what to keep with me, what to expect to go wrong, when to keep my head low- and all my options. In the past I have decided to represent myself, and in short- I felt as if I was taken wholly advantage of by overwhelming powers and opinions which I could not begin to contend with. That being said, it was a joy to watch Mr. Pierce work, he has obviously garnered several relationships across Oklahoma- and worked with an incredible amount of professionalism and charisma. Perhaps what I valued most was the way in which he communicated with me- with a willingness to thoroughly explain jargon, ordinances, the nature of people I might be working with, et cetera... Mr. Pierce would speak to me almost as if I were within his family, illustrating both my best course of action and his own, real sense of care- all the while letting me know that he would support whatever course of action I decided on. Excellent experiences all around, considering the circumstances- he is my go-to man if and when I get into trouble...

He keeps you informed of the direction of your case. He also went above and beyond what I expected and works hard for you throughout the duration of your case. I highly recommend using his services if you need an attorney.
